    Fill out our in-depth intake form that tells us what your goals are and how best to coach you!

    Attend a discovery session where we learn your goals & how we can partner with you on your health journey!

    Attend health coaching sessions, where we deep-dive into the health goals you want to focus on.

  • Step 4:

    You’ve successfully reached your goals or have a clear path to achieve them! Congratulations.

After your in-depth assessment and planning, we may offer supplement recommendations and coaching through specialized food plans (like a Low FODMAP or an elimination diet), and detailed instructions and recipes. 

You’ll be supported throughout your entire health coaching journey, knowing exactly what your body needs (or doesn’t need) to feel its best.

  • When you book our health coaching services, you work 1:1 with Stacy King, PT, DPT, OCS, CIMT, CSCS to evaluate your current health, goals, and how to bridge the gap between the two. You will work with Stacy to create a food journal, exercise program, and action items to work on between sessions. Stacy may recommend supplement support, destressing techniques, sleep hygiene improvements, and more. Voxer support is also provided for questions between sessions.

  • The number of sessions will depend on your plan and its duration. There are several options to choose from, such as 1x/week for 1 hour for 1-2 weeks, and then spacing out visits as your goals progress. Together, we will determine your session length and duration at the conclusion of your first session.

  • Yes, health coaching can be done online through our HIPPA-secured video platform. Simply mention that you’d prefer virtual health coaching in your intake form!

  • No, anyone can benefit from health coaching and you do not have to be a physical therapy patient at Aspire to sign up!

  • Yes! We are more than happy to accommodate different dietary restrictions and needs. Just let your physical therapist know during your assessment.
