Meet Stacy E. King
PT, DPT, OCS, CIMT, CSCS
I founded Aspire PT & Wellness in Potomac with over two decades of physical therapy experience under my belt, as well as my own experience as an athlete and competitor. My mission is to empower every individual to achieve their optimal state of well-being, and to provide a partnership in reaching their goals.
My passion for physical fitness and the pursuit of peak athletic performance has been a constant throughout my life. After competing in gymnastics for over 20 years, I know the realities of pain and injury first-hand. I also underwent both hip replacements at 50 and had my ankle reconstructed twice, moments that reshaped my understanding of physical recovery and resilience.
Communication is the cornerstone of my care philosophy. It’s vital for me to grasp every detail about your experiences, challenges, and aspirations. This understanding allows me to create a holistic treatment plan that might include a combination of hands-on therapy, low or high impact exercises, mindset coaching, and nutritional counseling, all aimed at bringing out the best in you.
