Inclement weather policy
Aspire follows the Federal Government. If they are closed, so is Aspire. Aspire will make every effort to open on time if the weather permits. If Montgomery County Public Schools have a delayed opening or early closing, please call your PT directly to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to your PT and fellow patients, please provide 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. If you do not provide 24 hours notice you will be charged for the full treatment session if you do not reschedule within the same week.
Tardiness
All appointments last 1 hour in duration. If you are late for your appointment, you will receive treatments for the remainder of your scheduled time. If your PT is running late, you can expect that you will still get your full hour of treatment and that your appointment will not be cut short.
